1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: High volume periods or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays in processing.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days. Free Shipping Worldwide

  • Expedited Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days. Cost: Calculated at checkout.

3. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ceibohouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. However, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ceibohouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
